The Zeta Farmaceutici Organization is based on a "short supply chain" system that allows for complete operational autonomy. In this way, we can ensure maximum responsiveness in quickly identifying and implementing the solutions that market challenges require.

To achieve these objectives, it is necessary to improve continuously the production structure. The new Powders Department is part of this commitment to invest more and more in quality and efficiency.  

The refurbishment is the result of an internal design by Zeta Farmaceutici, its know-how and consolidated experience and the effective knowledge of the needs of its customers, who are increasingly demanding flexibility and versatility. 

The department, designed for tablets and powders for external and internal use, consists of three separate areas, which work simultaneously on up to three different productions.  

POWDERS AREA 1. 
Department equipped with a four-way horizontal mixer and a primary and secondary distribution line with vacuum pressure and auger system.
POWDERS AREA 2.
Department equipped with a filler capper
TABLETS AREA.
Department equipped with a four-way mixer and tabletting machine.

This structure allows maximum flexibility and productive capacity. And packaging machines guarantee great versatility, to satisfy many different needs. In addition to the initial design, the Zeta Farmaceutici staff closely followed all the project development, managing the works, qualification and procedural activities.
